means learning enough's not enough,
means hoping you're made of some sturdier stuff,
means staying to fight when the going gets tough,
Yearning is forging the trail.

means wishing on stars that won't shine,
means working to make what once was theirs, mine,
means perfect is better, means better is fine.
Yearning means forsaking frail.
Yearning
means sacrifice, nothing held dear,
means working and pushing yourself- year after year,
means being content is the one thing you fear.
Yearning is brave, so begin.
Yearning
means knowing there are loftier things,
means learning to fly, means just spreading your wings,
means pursuing greatness, until your soul sings.
Yearning means coming to win.
